In the early stages of running the business it is expected that Franchise will operate the business on their own. As the business expands, an experienced glazier, can be employed as a member of staff.

By year three it is anticipated that the Franchisee's role will evolve to become the manager of a team of glazier, operating multiple vehicles.

The earnings potential

Franchisee earnings are largely dependent on individual efforts and tenacity. We have provided some information within this pack, along with an enquiry form. Enquirers will be provided with income projections and other financial details to enable them to discuss the opportunity with their professional advisors.

The start-up costs

Prospective Franchisees will be need to provide their own venture capital for one franchised territory. A complete breakdown of this investment will be supplied to qualified applicants. Details of the Franchise Package will also be supplied.

Training

We will provide training in all aspects of running an 0845 GLASSMAN. The 0845 GLASSMAN Operations Manual, on loan to Franchisees for the duration of their trading licence, outlines our business practices. These skills and procedures , along with determination and the ability to communicate at all levels, are key to a successful 0845 GLASSMAN business.

Location

We are seeking Franchisees throughout the United Kingdom. We will show prospective Franchisees the importance of territory evaluation.

Legal Agreement

0845 GLASSMAN Franchisees secure the rights to offer our response services in a given territory. These rights and responsibilities are drawn up in the franchise Agreement, which clearly sets out the roles of both Franchisor and Franchisee.

Branding

As a Franchisee you will trade under the 0845 GLASSMAN brand name, image and trading style and benefit from the excellent reputation already attained.
